Ayana N. Partee is a New York–based attorney and founder of The Partee Firm, PLLC, with a practice focused on estate planning, probate and estate administration, real estate transactions, and development. A JD/MBA graduate of Howard University, she brings a strategic, business-minded approach to helping individuals, families, and developers protect assets and build generational wealth.

With a strong foundation in real estate, Ayana regularly advises on residential and commercial transactions, title matters, and estate-related property transfers. She also guides clients through probate and Surrogate’s Court proceedings, ensuring estates are administered efficiently and in accordance with New York law.

Ayana’s approach to estate planning is both personal and practical. As a member of the “sandwich generation,” she has firsthand experience balancing the needs of both children and aging loved ones. During the COVID-19 pandemic, after witnessing the impact of unexpected loss and inadequate planning, she developed a client-centered system designed to simplify the process, minimize conflict, and ensure families are fully protected.
