BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
What to Expect on the Portal
Once you sign up for a free account, you will get your own private portal where you can gather all of your personal information. This helps us organize your estate documents. This is also a great tool for you to keep all of your important information organized in a secure location where it will never get lost.
After you pay for a will or trust consultation, our system will take you through a short interview to gather additional information for your estate planning documents. At the end of your interview, sample documents will be produced for you to review with your attorney, along with a summary of your estate plan. We always advise that you should review your estate plan with an attorney to ensure it will be effective in carrying out your final wishes.

What to Expect at your Appointment
Our firm is currently only taking appointments in New York, although we plan to expand across the United States over the next year. We are so confident that you will get the best service on our site that while you wait for our expansion, we encourage you to take your sample documents to an attorney in your area to review and finalize your plan.
Once you make an appointment, you will be scheduled for a virtual conference, by phone or video call, with an attorney in your area. The attorney will review your account prior to your initial call. On your call, your attorney will get to know you a little better and understand the intentions behind your estate planning. Your attorney will then confirm any missing or important information before ending the call. After your appointment, our team will finalize your documents based on information gathered on the call, and one of our Client Service Directors will schedule a signing ceremony for your estate where you will sign your documents. Finally, your attorney will help you transfer assets into your trust, answer any questions you might have, and help you share your wishes with your loved ones.
If you are ready to speak with an attorney, schedule an appointment today, but be sure to complete your consultation in the client portal below.
