Ayana Partee, a JD MBA graduate from Howard University, has a long-established background in real estate transactions. As a mother in the sandwich generation, Ayana took a hiatus from the practice to perform those duties so many Gen-X and Millennials must undertake. Then while our world was being ravaged by Covid, Ayana witnessed and experienced loss after loss and understood the serious consequences of poor estate planning or failing to plan for our loved ones - those family by blood and those by familiarity. She knew something had to change. During the Covid pandemic, Ayana conducted a thorough analysis of various estate planning strategies and practices, pinpointing their successes and failures to create a powerful system that ensures effective outcomes. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to confidently navigate the complexities of estate planning and plan for their futures.
